Excellence Award Generator

If you have a student who has done excellent work or made an outstanding achievement, it is a postivie gesture to give him or her an award certificate. The following award generator will produce colored printable award for the student.
Simply fill out form
Simple fill out the form and click the Submit button. The award will be automatically generated for you as a PDF file.
Notes
It is assumed that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader to see the PDF file. This reader is available free from Adobe.
Before the award is displayed, you may get a warning concerning the file award_generator.fdf. That is the file that generates the award. Click Open.
The award file is 60K, so it may take a few seconds if you have a slow Internet connection.
You can look over the award to see if it meets your approval. Then save or print the award.
