Wants to use lesson to win case against noise

My wife and I own a small camp on an island in Tupper Lake NY. A developer is proposing to build a shooting range close to the lake shore directly across the bay from our camp. We are gathering technical information to present to the Adirondack Park Agency, which must approve the project,in opposition to this proposal and would like to include your lesson as background information crediting the source and your web site. We request your permission to do so.
