U.S. Air Force Space Systems Division Total Quality Booklet

The United States Air Force Space Systems Division (SSD) is located at the Los Angeles AFB. In 1991, SSD management released their Total Quality Booklet, outlining their plans for implementing TQM within their various program offices.
As with some companies in industry have done, SSD modified some expressions to give their program a degree of uniqueness. For example, they changed TQM to Total Quality Leadership (TQL). Although done years ago, the booklet still provides a good outline for implementing TQM in your organization.

- How do they plan to educate and train their personnel in these concepts?
