Who writes our lessons
Most of the lessons on School for Champions were written by the site’s founder, Ron Kurtus, over more than two decades, in a plain-language style that builds from the basics to practical understanding. The site is now owned and actively managed by School for Champions LLC under Tarryn Biswas, who reviews its content, updates, and corrections going forward.
How we create lessons
Each lesson is written to explain a topic in plain language, building from basic principles to practical understanding. Many lessons open with the real questions a learner tends to ask, include worked examples or illustrations where they help, and end with a short summary so the key points are easy to retain.
Accuracy and sources
Lessons are based on research and established, authoritative information about each subject. Where a topic draws on specific outside material — such as a biography or a technical standard — we reference those sources so readers can explore further and verify the facts for themselves.
Use of artificial intelligence
The core lessons on this site are written by people. We may use AI-assisted tools to help with editing, formatting, and preparing updates or new supporting material, but such work is reviewed by a person for accuracy and clarity before it is published.
Review, updates, and corrections
We keep lessons current and correct errors when we become aware of them. If you spot a mistake or something that is out of date, please let us know through our Contact page; we read every message and update the material when a correction is warranted.
Independence
School for Champions is open to read and carries no third-party advertising. Our lessons are not influenced by any commercial relationship, and we do not accept payment to feature or favour any product, company, or point of view.
