Symptoms from aging
Typical problems that occur as you age include reduced short-term memory, loss of strength and endurance, loss of height, and joint pain. In fact, some parts may even break down or stop functioning altogether. You may also be more prone to accidents.

Some people age faster than others, either through genetics or abuse.

What can you do about this aging process? Certainly, you have to accept the inevitable. It doesn't pay to fool yourself and not accept you are getting older. But you can do things that will slow down the aging process, so that you can enjoy your senior years.
