Mini-Quiz: Performance Competitions

by Ron Kurtus (revised 3 May 2015)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. When is a competition called a pure performance competition?

When there are no other competitors

When you have no knowledge how your competition is doing

When you team together with your opponents

2. How can seeing how your opponent is doing help you win?

It can encourage you to try harder

It can allow you to disrupt his performance

You accuse him of cheating

3. Why would an obnoxious person have a more difficult time winning?

Opponents would have greater motivation to beat the person

Being obnoxious affects your personal performance

They actually have an easier time, because others give up

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in Winning Competitions. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.

Push yourself to your limit
