Understanding Electricity
by Ron Kurtus (updated 22 January 2022)
Electricity is a branch of Physics that concerns the properties and movement of electrically charged particles. When the charged particles are on the surface of a material, it is called Static Electricity. When the charges move through wires, it can be AC or DC Electricity.
Electricity and Magnetism are interrelated. Movement of electrical charges creates magnetic fields, while changes in magnetis fields can create electricity.
The purpose of these free online lessons is to give you a start at improving your scientific knowledge about electricity that will help you become a champion in the field. If you have any questions, send me an email.
