Ron Kurtus' Flash Development Credentials
(7 March 2012)
Ron Kurtus has been involved in web design and development since the year 2000 through his Kurtus Technologies technical documentation and computer programming business, School for Champions educational website, and SfC Publishing Co.
Many projects used Adobe Flash, in alignment with the other applications in the Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge in using Flash has been based on an extensive library of books on Flash, as well as practical experience in business applications.
Although Flash has evolved into a highly complex tool, Kurtus has kept the philosophy of keeping things as simple as possible, starting from the basics and making sure the Flash applications are both usable and valuable to the viewers.
Ron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and did graduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Missouri. He also taught at the Milwaukee Area Technical College, Waukesha County Technical College, and the University of Missouri.
Kurtus has also written two books: Gravity and Gravitation: Derivations, Equations and Applications and Tricks for Good Grades: Strategies to Succeed in School.
Material he has written has been also been cited in 151 published books.
