Kindle for PC is a free application that allows you to read your Kindle books on your PC. It has many of the same features as the Kindle device. It allows you to access your Kindle books online even if you don't have your Kindle with you. The application can be downloaded from the Amazon.com website.

- Use the built-in dictionary to seamlessly look up the definitions of English words without interrupting your reading.
- Perform full-screen reading in color
- Purchase books from the Kindle Store
- Reference and cite passages, so you can read alongside others in a book club or class
Synchronizes
You can access your Kindle books online even if you don't have your Kindle with you. Kindle for PC automatically synchronizes your last page read and annotations between devices with their Whispersync system.
