2. What eventually happens to a gas placed in an open container?

Much of it escapes as it spreads out

It turns to CO2

You cannot put a gas into an open container

3. Why does an exhaust fan in your kitchen work to get rid of smells?

It changes the bad smells to good smells

The exhaust fan is only used to get rid of the heat from the stove

It causes the gases to flow to the outside
