Ron Kurtus' Technical Writing Credentials

Ron Kurtus is well-versed in the field of technical writing, as well as in the aspects of selling written works or working as a writer.

He is a professional writer who has done technical documentation at GE Medical Systems, Wenn/Soft, Radisys Corp., as well as through his Kurtus Technologies business.

Kurtus was president of the Wisconsin chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC). He also headed up the Independent Contractors SIG of the Willamette Valley STC chapter.

Kurtus is a member of the Willamette Writers and Northwest Authors Group. He is a former member of the Society for Technical Communications.

Kurtus has published two books: Tricks for Good Grades: Strategies to Succeed in School and Gravity and Gravitation: Derivations, Equations and Applications.

Ron founded the the School for Champions educational website and writes most of the material in the site. Material he has written has been cited in 151 published books.
