Mini-Quiz: Making an Impression of Being Valuable or Important

by Ron Kurtus (26 January 2002)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. How can a person quickly judge your social standing?

By the way you dress

By the fancy jewelry you wear

By how much you tip

2. Does a person who stutters make a good first impression?

Yes, if the other person stutters too

No, because he sounds nervous

Stuttering doesn't matter if difficult words are used

3. If you made a poor first impression, how could you rectify the situation?

By proving your value over a period of time

By claiming you were drunk

By arguing that the person was wrong

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Valuable Champion. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.

Be prepared to give a good impression
